Prav prisrčen pozdrav!
Zavedam se, da so strije trajna poškodba kože zaradi rastezanja in jih je zaenkrat nemogoče odstraniti. a vendar...
Stara sem 23 let in strije
osim sigurno že 7-8 let. Niso več tako izrazito opazne, ker so zbledele, a kaj ko me vedno bolj motijo. Za zelo drage mikrokirurške posege (Trilix, Padova), ali laserske posege nimam denarja, ker še študiram. Kreme proti strijam ne pomagajo. Zato me zanima Vaše mnenje o naslednji terapiji (reklamo sem našla na internetu): Prvi mesec se vsak dan na kožo nanaša krema z 10% glikolno kislino v kombinaciji z kremami za obnovo kože. Po prvem mesecu: Enkrat na teden se naredi piling z 30%(ph=2,8) (ali40%, (ph=2,7)) glikolno kislino, nato se pa cel teden nanaša olja (Emu-oil) in posebne kreme, ki naj bi stimulirale obnovo celic in nastanek kolagena. Cel postopek se ponavlja najmanj 6 mesecev. Obvezna je zaščita pred soncem. Možno je več variant pri izbiri pilinga in kreme, glede na tip kože. Naj še omenim, da se izdelki samo naročijo, z kremami in kislinami naj bi se mazali doma, brez strokovnega nadzora.

Moja želja, da bi strije izginile je ogromna, a hkrati se bojim, da v tej želji ne pozabim na zdravo pamet in si z nestrokovnim pacanjem po koži naredim še večjo škodo.
Zato Vas lepo prosim, da mi pri odločitvi, ali naj poskusim z to terapijo - pomagate.

Spoštovana Borna,
nekaj morate vedeti, še preden se lotite katerega koli postopka za odstranjevanje strij. Nobena terapija ni popolna, pri vsaki so določne pomanjkljivosti in možni stranski učinki. Terpija z glikolno kislino (ki kožo hidrira in stimulira kolagen) je vsekakor dobra, vendar ne trajna in ne 100%. Vsekakor pa sem mnenja, da bi takšne posege morali opravljati zdravniki in ne bolniki sami na domu.
